p461 A view out of the cafe window at Vilnius television tower. The cafe is 165 meters above the ground. It slowly revolves, allowing you to take in the entire view of Vilnius and its surrounding areas in about half an hour.

I just had to take a picture of these guys washing windows at this height (from outside, that is) while suspended in some flimsy-looking contraption. I also heard that the cafe platform is used by bungee jumpers (though we didn’t see any at that time). It’s not the safest bungee jumping place in the world, since the winds are high at this altitude and there’s a danger of getting smashed against the platform as you come up.
