This site is intended to replace my older pic.geekitude.com and sf.geekitude.com sites. Those sites stopped working on April 1, 2020, when a PHP upgrade at my hosting provider finally made their 13-year-old software give up and stop working. Bye, Gallery, you served me well. You continued to work for 8 years since your maintenance had stopped, and survived multiple PHP upgrades. It’s amazing you lasted this long. But everything comes to an end.

Having had a presence on the internet since its early days is that you have to periodically migrate all your content to a newer system (whether it’s a static site, a content management system, a blog, or anything). And when you have been on the internet for nearly 2 decades, that’s a lot of content. As they say, you eat an elephant one bite at a time. I wouldn’t place any bets on how long eating this 20-year-old elephant will take.
