CIMG0890 A scene from the video of making chupaqueso in the Consuite of Linucon 2005. Howard Tayler spreads shredded cheese in a circle on a griddle. It melts and forms a pancake which will become the chupaqueso shell. The finished product is kind of like a cheese crepe with a cheese filling.
